ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 1998, Foundation for Jewish Camp’s (FJC) mission is to build a strong Jewish future through transformative Jewish summers. FJC helps Jewish camps thrive by gathering data, building new programs, providing operational support, and engaging new camp families. FJC works with over 300 day and overnight camps, serving more than 180,000 youth, teens, and college-aged counselors across North America.

The DEI Coaching Project will provide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and coaching to Los Angeles area overnight and day camps. The program aims to engage a more diverse population in the Jewish camp experience and ensure that camps are seen as welcoming and diverse Jewish spaces.
