I use my legal background and experience in philanthropy to help clients and their advisors identify and implement tailored, tax-efficient strategies aligned with their charitable priorities. My work centers on bringing clarity and structure to philanthropic goals and unlocking opportunities for greater impact.
Natella Royzman serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Philanthropy & Legal Affairs, where she works with clients and their professional advisors to structure and implement charitable gifts, with a particular focus on complex and non-cash assets.
Natella brings a unique combination of legal and philanthropic expertise to her role. She draws on more than a decade of legal experience, including work with distressed investments, restructuring, and related litigation, to evaluate complex asset structures.
She has spent more than eight years advising individuals and families on charitable giving strategies tailored to their philanthropic and financial goals. Natella currently leads initiatives related to gifts of real estate, closely held business interests, and other illiquid assets, facilitating thoughtful, tax-efficient charitable gifts.
Natella received a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) designation from the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies. She holds a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.
