ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

GRANT PURPOSE

To hire staff, improve human resources and marketing capacities, and build its fundraising infrastructure, positioning Trybal Gatherings to continue its growth in Los Angeles.

Now is an exciting time to build capacity for vibrant Jewish life for young adults and professionals across Los Angeles. With the generous support of a Next Stage grant, Trybal will strengthen our organizational infrastructure, systems, and programs over the next three years by enabling us to expand our LA-based team, engage key consultants, and build on the outcomes of our strategic plan. We are humbled by the generosity of the Foundation and inspired by their leadership's belief in our impact.
