ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

GRANT PURPOSE

To upgrade outdated loan management technology, enabling JFLA to streamline internal processes, provide higher quality services to clients, and increase the number of loans it makes.

JFLA is grateful to the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles for their support and belief in interest-free lending. For 120 years, JFLA has provided zero-fee, zero-interest loans to residents of Los Angeles, and this grant will enable us to strengthen our internal capacity to improve our loan-making processes, improve security, communicate with loan recipients, and increase the number of loans we can make. With this grant, JFLA will have a greater impact on the financial security and well-being of the Los Angeles community.
