Giving Portal User Guide
Welcome to the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles’ Giving Portal Guide. Within the portal, you can check your fund balance, view and download your fund statement, contribute to your fund via credit card or ACH, recommend grants to charitable organizations, and track the status of pending recommendations.

How to Access the Giving Portal

A direct link to the Giving Portal is also available in the upper right corner of jewishfoundationla.org. We recommend bookmarking this page for quick access.
First Time Users
Before logging in for the first time, your account must be activated.
Please reach out to Jessica Duffaut at jduffaut@jewishfoundationla.org for assistance.
Step 1:
You will receive a system-generated email invitation from notifications.noreply@jewishfoundationla.org, with a custom invitation link. The subject line of the email is Access Your Giving Portal with the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles.
Click the unique link in the email to begin setting up your account
Step 2: Create Your Password.
Passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include a Lowercase letter, an Uppercase letter and a Special Character
Returning Users
- Log in with your email address and password.
- If you forget your password, you can click Forgot Password. Enter your email and click Reset Password.
- You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
