A New Giving Portal Is Coming 

The Foundation is launching a new online Giving Portal in mid-August — a more secure, more stable, and easier way to manage your philanthropy. Here’s everything you need to know to prepare.

Current system (DSO) becomes view-only — no new activity processed.

The new Giving Portal launches. You’ll receive a personal email with your activation link.

What’s changing, and what’s staying the same

What’s changing: 

  • A brand-new portal with stronger security and improved stability. 
  • A new login and password (your current DSO credentials won’t carry over).
  • A cleaner, simpler experience for recommending grants and making contributions.

What’s staying the same: 

  • Your fund, your history, and your relationship with The Foundation. 
  • The same dedicated team supporting you — by phone and email, whenever you need us. 
  • The same mission: making your giving powerful, effective, and meaningful.

A Note on the View-Only Period

From July 23 through mild-August, you’ll still be able to log in to DSO to see your fund statement and activity. However, grant recommendations and contributions cannot be submitted or processed during this period. 

Please note that some contributions made shortly before or during the transition period may not appear in your online account immediately. All gifts received by The Foundation will be processed and acknowledged, even if they are not yet visible online.

What you need to do now

Before July 22

If you’d like to make a grant recommendation before the transition, please submit it by Wednesday, July 22.

 July 23 – mid-August

No action needed. DSO will be view-only. Grant recommendations and online contributions cannot be submitted during this period, and some recent contribution activity may not yet be reflected in your online account.

Mid-August

Watch your inbox. We’ll send your personal activation link to the primary email address we have on file. From there, setup takes just a few minutes.
