Dan Rothblatt, Executive Vice President

Dan joined The Foundation in 2007. He oversees and coordinates all philanthropic services. Dan has a broad range of experience in the areas of annual, endowment, and capital campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, campaign management, budgeting and planning. Steve Gamer, Senior Vice President, Chief Advancement Officer

Steve joined The Foundation in 2016. He has worked with individuals, families, corporations and foundations to help them achieve their philanthropic vision. Steve has extensive experience managing and successfully implementing large advancement campaigns. Patrick Auerbach,Vice President, Advancement

Patrick Auerbach, a seasoned executive leader with three decades of experience across non-profit, higher education and sport-related enterprises, joined The Foundation as Vice President of Advancement in December 2025, following a two-year stint advising a variety of non-profit, educational and sport organizations as Founder & President of PAUER Consulting LLC. Lewis Groner, Vice President, Community Relations

Lew joined The Foundation in 1999 to lead its marketing and communications initiatives and develop a clear and contemporary brand image. He currently is responsible for enhancing The Foundation’s presence in the community by developing and executing strategies to increase visibility among synagogues and grantee boards, ultimately creating more new fund growth opportunities.
