Southern California Fire Relief
The 2025 wildfires devastated our Los Angeles Community. In response, the Jewish Community Foundation has provided critical funding to local synagogues to assist congregants who have lost homes and businesses, as well as urgent, on-the-ground support for those hardest hit by the crisis. But the needs remain great. There are many ways to continue supporting the vital organizations leading recovery and relief efforts.
Funding Opportunities: Greater Los Angeles Wildfire Relief and Recovery
The following represents a selection of vetted organizations responding to the devastating wildfire crisis in Southern California. Please note that this list is evolving and will continue to be updated in the days and weeks ahead.
We are monitoring the needs of the local Jewish institutions most directly impacted including Chabad of the Palisades, Kehillat Israel, and the Pasadena Jewish Temple & Center. For more information about specific institutions and how you can help, please reach out to Naomi Strongin.
