BIO
Harold J. Masor is a retired partner of the international accounting and business advisory firm of Ernst & Young LLP and in his capacity as an audit partner for over 30 years served health sciences and real estate clients. In this capacity, he has extensive SEC experience including IPOs and ongoing secondary offerings, serving very large companies as well as start-ups, and has been extensively involved with physician practice management organizations, REITs, health maintenance organizations, hospitals, and physician practices. Mr. Masor is president of the Seymour and Elaine Masor Foundation, a support organization of the Jewish Community Foundation. He is a founder and past president of New Community Jewish High School, past president of Adat Ari El, Board member of the American Jewish University and chair of its Finance Committee, and a Board member of its Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies. He was elected to serve on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, beginning in 2014. Mr. Masor also serves as the chairman of The Foundation’s Audit Committee. Mr. Masor earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He and his wife Amy have three children.
