I became aware of The Foundation more than 30 years ago, as my clients were working closely with The Foundation. I was motivated to be part of this first class organization that provides valuable services for donors.

Bertrand I. Ginsberg is a principal and financial advisor of Bernstein Global Wealth Management, a unit of Alliance Capital Management, L.P. Previously he worked for Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New York for over 30 years, serving as western regional tax director, among other positions. Bert earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with highest honors from UCLA, and an master’s of business administration, also from UCLA. He has extensive experience in income and estate tax planning and corporate tax matters. Bert first became involved with The Foundation in 1982 as a member of its Advisory Board, and became a trustee in 1984. He currently serves on The Foundation’s Audit & Finance, Board Development, and Executive Committees. Bert is a member of the UCLA Foundation and the UCLA Alumni Association. Bert resides in Beverly Hills with his wife Benita.
