Bequests
A bequest is a gift in your will or revocable living trust. You can make a restricted bequest, which creates a named endowment in support of your favorite causes or programs, or an unrestricted bequest, to be administered as part of The Foundation’s own Endowment Fund.
Here’s how it works:
- To make a restricted bequest, simply name The Foundation in your will or trust and execute an endowment agreement that specifies how you want your gift to be used
- To create an unrestricted bequest, add a paragraph of text provided by The Foundation into your will or trust
- No minimum amount—every gift is appreciated
- Receive an estate tax deduction depending on the size of your estate
