ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

Established in 1946, Temple Beth Hillel is a Reform community located in Valley Village. It strives to enhance the spiritual, intellectual, and cultural life of each member of its community. It operates an early childhood center, elementary school, and religious school.

GRANT PURPOSE

To support professional development, leadership development, and staff wellness strategies responding to the impacts of COVID-19 on synagogue clergy, staff, and lay leadership.

It is with profound gratitude to The Foundation's support that Temple Beth Hillel is able to bring resources of support, wellbeing, soul building, and development to our diverse and much deserving staff! Because of our amazing staff, Temple Beth Hillel has been able to serve our families, students, and the greater community throughout the pandemic, and now with the help of the Foundation we can ensure care and continued wellbeing for each and every one of our staff members!
