ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
JQ International is the only organization in LA serving the Jewish LGBTQ+ community and contributes to sustaining an inclusive and diverse Jewish community. Since the pandemic began, JQ has responded to new challenges its community faces, including setting up online support groups and providing cash and food gift certificates for those in its community facing food insecurity.
GRANT PURPOSE
To mitigate the economic hardship resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and to help them achieve long-term organizational sustainability.
