Human Capital Support Grant

Founded in 2014, Leading Edge helps Jewish nonprofits improve their leadership, talent pipeline, and workplace culture so that they can better achieve their missions. It has supported nearly 500 organizations in becoming better places to work; facilitated the growth of hundreds of professional and lay leaders; and changed how individual organizations and the field as a whole are understanding and addressing the people and culture challenges facing the Jewish nonprofit sector. LA-based organizations have participated 40 times in its Employee Experience Survey and 13 local leaders have participated in its leadership cohort programs.
