ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

GRANT PURPOSE

To train young religious Druze women (ages 18-35), including mothers, in a quality, intensive high-tech program that leads to successful employment in Israel's technology sector. By providing computer programming bootcamps and soft skills workshops to participants, while partnering with tech firms to ensure job opportunities, Lotus prepares Druze women to integrate into the Israeli workforce with long-term success.

Thanks to your support, dozens and even hundreds of women from the Druze society will get an opportunity for quality training and employment and will integrate into the world of high-tech development in Israel and the world. Thanks to this support, the activities of the Lotus association will grow and expand and bring a wider impact on education, society, employment, and common life in Israel.
