ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

GRANT PURPOSE

To support the entry of Haredi men into the high-tech workforce by providing high-quality training in computer science, software development, mathematics and English. By strengthening its flagship program and expanding its pilot programs, JBH will bring more ultra-Orthodox men into the high-tech workforce every year while helping them maintain their religious commitments.

Currently, there are over 150 Haredi men studying high tech at JBH. With the opening of a new program next month, there will be over 250 Haredi men studying at JBH on a path to a lucrative profession. Without the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles and other partners who believe in our cause, who believe in our organization, we wouldn't even be able to open the door. Our success is your success, and, B'ezrat Hashem, within the next 3 years, JBH will integrate close to 1,000 Haredi men into the high-tech sector in Israel. Thank you for making this possible.
