2024 Israel Grants

Co-Impact: The Partnership for a Breakthrough in Arab Employment, established in 2013, works for equality and fair employment of Israel’s Arab population, and advocates for shared workplaces as a means of building an equitable, cohesive and resilient Israeli society. It works with 65 of Israel’s largest companies (including El Al, Teva, Strauss, Tnuva, and Shufersal), training them to adapt their recruitment and onboarding processes, and creating inclusive organizational cultures. On the employee side, it has a database of 18,000 Arab job seekers, and encourages them to apply to Jewish-owned companies. Co-Impact also runs a Young Arab Professional Community group with 350 participants and offers a mentoring program, pairing over 100 Jewish senior managers with mid-level Arab managers for mutual learning and professional development, in which some of Israel’s top business leaders participate.
