ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 1988, Covenant House California provides shelter, holistic care, and pathways to independence for homeless and trafficked youth. Their comprehensive services include housing, healthcare, education, job training, and emotional support, all aimed at empowering young people to overcome adversity and build fulfilling lives. In 2023, it served 792 youth in Los Angeles and 2,800 youth statewide.
GRANT PURPOSE
To provide one-time direct hardship relief that will help stabilize individuals and families during a time of crisis or need, substantially improving their self-sufficiency and quality of life.
