Trybal Gatherings
ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2017, Trybal Gatherings seeks to build a foundation for a strong Jewish future by reimagining immersive experiences for Jewish young adults hosted at summer camps and beyond. Trybal Gatherings serves as a bridge for Birthright Israel alumni, summer camp alumni, and Jewish millennials searching for connection to engage in Jewish community as adults. Trybal Gatherings reaches approximately 1,500 young adults per year.

To support a daylong, camp-inspired in-person gathering that brings together Jewish professionals across greater Los Angeles to participate in hands-on workshops and community-building programs. The program aims to strengthen Jewish organizations by helping connect teams, empower individuals to transform their own professional abilities, strengthen individuals’ connection to the workplace, and have fun.
To provide immersive overnight Jewish camp experiences in Los Angeles for Jews in their 20s and 30s, reaching disconnected young adults and building a pipeline to ongoing Jewish communal involvement.
