Trybal Gatherings
ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2017, Trybal Gatherings is a national nonprofit that designs relevant, affordable, immersive experiences for Jewish young adults hosted at camps and other venues across six cities, including Los Angeles. It serves as a bridge for Birthright Israel alumni, summer camp alumni, and Jewish millennials searching for connection, to engage in Jewish community as adults. Its core adult camp program provides a socially Jewish environment for young adults to have fun, connect with new people, and plug into a dynamic Jewish community during a purposeful Shabbat retreat. Each year its programming reaches 1,500 young adults nationwide and in 2022 it engaged more than 500 LA constituents.
