Founded in 2003, Machshava Tova (MT) views the â€œdigital divideâ€ as a unique opportunity to offer underprivileged populations access to technology in a supportive and empowering environment. It provides opportunities for technological training while creating new pathways in employment, working to increase social inclusion and minimize social gaps in Israel. These programs are implemented at MTâ€™s 10 technological centers across Israel and through its Mobile Technology Units, which bring classes to remote areas of Israel.
To mitigate the economic hardships faced by The Foundation’s grantees in Israel, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and to help them achieve long-term organizational sustainability.
The Eco-Tech Program for At-Risk Youth provides at-risk youth with training in website design, technology entrepreneurship, computer software, and hands-on internship opportunities.
