ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

Jordan River Village, founded in 2010, is a nonprofit organization in Israel that provides free, year-round therapeutic recreation programs for children with chronic or life-limiting illnesses. It is part of the global network of SeriousFun Children’s Network, which was founded by actor Paul Newman in 1988 to create camps for children facing serious medical conditions. The village offers a safe and supportive environment where children can enjoy camp activities, build friendships, and experience a sense of normalcy away from their medical challenges.
