ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Established in 2013, Jewish Brain in High-Tech (JBH)’s mission is to support Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) men to work as highly qualified computer programmers who remain devoted to serious Torah study and observation. JBH’s flagship 18-month full-time training course is a unique one-stop-shop program where a Haredi man with no secular education can enroll, intensively train in software development, maintain daily Torah study, and graduate with gainful employment in the technology sector.

To support the entry of Haredi men into the high-tech workforce by providing high-quality training in computer science, software development, mathematics and English. By strengthening its flagship program and expanding its pilot programs, JBH will bring more ultra-Orthodox men into the high-tech workforce every year while helping them maintain their religious commitments.
