HaGal Sheli

Founded in 2009, HaGal Sheli uses the power of the sea as a therapeutic tool. Through years of activity with at-risk youth and trauma survivors, it has proven that surfing and sea-related activities foster personal development, resilience, and community integration. By combining physical activity with mentorship and education, HaGal Sheli helps participants build confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging. HaGal Sheli has 10 educational centers, from Nahariya in the North to Ashkelon in the South.
