ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 1993, ETTA’s mission is to provide programs and services that enable people with disabilities and their families to live enriched, independent, and active lives. It serves 175 clients daily (majority Jewish) with wraparound services that include residential housing, case management, educational and social services, and employment training and placement.

To launch a virtual platform that will offer creative, interactive, and engaging skills-building and social programming for individuals with disabilities. The program will help clients build skills and fill their afternoon and evenings with activities, thereby promoting increased joy and decreased isolation.
To position the organization as a large service provider to meet the needs of a growing special needs adult community.
ETTA's Supported Living Services provide personalized assistance to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to live in their own independent residence. Individuals may receive assistance for a few hours or up to 25 hours a day for food shopping, household cleaning, transportation, personal hygiene, medication assistance, and other day-to-day tasks.
