Crossroads
ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2001, Crossroads provides crisis intervention and prevention programs for at-risk first- and second-generation immigrant teens and young adults (ages 15 to 22) from the United States, Canada, and Europe who are struggling with social, emotional, and/or educational difficulties. It operates programs in Jerusalem including, but not limited to, street outreach, a drop-in day center, therapy, a 24-hour crisis hotline, summer school, and various prevention programs.

To mitigate the economic hardships faced by The Foundation’s grantees in Israel, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and to help them achieve long-term organizational sustainability.
Create Your Future Employment Center provides at-risk first- and second-generation immigrant teens and young adults from the United States, Canada, and Europe with job training and therapeutic services to help them prepare for the workforce.
