Martin Neumann rounded up our Speaker Series for 2011 with his closing presentation, “Current Developments in Charitable Giving and Estate Planning.” He addressed the 2010 tax law which will expire at the end of 2012, and the law’s impact on giving in the estate and charitable giving areas. He also discussed developments in case law and rulings. He concluded with techniques that remain available for high net worth individuals within the current law.
