BRADFORD S. COHEN
Mr. Cohen is a partner at Venable. He advises on business planning related to mergers and acquisitions, financing and succession planning addressing the business, income tax and estate tax issues on an integrated basis. Mr. Cohen’s practice emphasizes individual, corporate and partnership income tax planning and transactional real estate matters.
Mr. Cohen is best known for his business and tax advice related to the motion picture, television, music, emerging media and sports industries. One of the focuses of his practice is coordinating the relationships among the entertainment, advertising and nonprofit industries.
Mr. Cohen’s clients have included studios, record companies, production companies and sports teams, as well as high profile performing artists and behind the scenes individuals. His clients have also included former presidents of the United States and a United States senator.
JOSEPH M. DOLOBOFF
Mr. Doloboff is a partner at Blank Rome and concentrates his practice in business tax law. He brings more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in working with clients in the healthcare, communications, high-technology, mining, retail, and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Doloboff worked at a law firm where he represented private equity funds, public corporations, private entities, and high net-worth individuals.
Mr. Doloboff is the former Deputy Tax Legislative Counsel for the U.S. Department of Treasury, and a frequent author and lecturer on tax issues. He has spoken, inter alia, before the NYU Tax Institute, the PLI Corporate Tax Program, the Tax Executives Institute and the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Tax Association.
