A Partnership Life Annuity is a type of Charitable Gift Annuity. In exchange for making a charitable gift to your institution, donors generate guaranteed lifetime income for up to two beneficiaries (backed by the assets of the Jewish Community Foundation), while also enjoying significant tax benefits.
After the income beneficiaries have passed away, 95% of the net remaining principle of the annuity goes to establish an endowment fund at The Foundation to support your institution in perpetuity. The remaining 5% goes to The Foundation's Permanent Legacy Fund.
