BIO

I came to The Foundation after spending over a decade representing clients in business and insolvency related legal matters. The transition has been incredibly rewarding. Whether I’m guiding donors through the technical aspects of charitable planning or facilitating an exploration of the values and goals driving their giving, the hope and kindness I see is inspiring.

Natella Royzman is the Vice President of Charitable Gift Planning. As a member of the development team, she works closely with The Foundation’s donors and their advisors, helping them find meaningful and effective solutions for their charitable giving goals. Prior to joining The Foundation in 2017, Ms. Royzman was the managing attorney of Royzman Law Firm, specializing in the representation of creditors, debtors, trustees and third parties in bankruptcy and business litigation matters. She also handled general business and commercial litigation matters. Her clients included entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses spanning a wide array of industries. Earlier in her career, Ms. Royzman was an associate at the Los Angeles offices of Loeb & Loeb, LLP. Ms. Royzman received her bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from California State University, Northridge. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, receiving honors for her skills in oral advocacy, and negotiation and settlement. She was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the years 2012-2016.

In 2023, Natella received a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) designation from the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies, CSULB.
