To be eligible for a charitable tax deduction in 2010, you must accomplish the following by Dec. 31:
Cash-Mail your check.
Stock-Complete the entire transfer of securities to us electronically.
Life insurance-Name us as owner and beneficiary of the insurance policy.
Real estate-Deliver the executed deed.
Tangible personal property-Deliver the donated property.
