If you would like to make a year-end gift to the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles in a loved one's name, following are assets you can use to fulfill your intentions. (You can also receive tax benefits from your gift if you itemize.)

To be eligible for a charitable tax deduction in 2010, you must accomplish the following by Dec. 31:
Cash-Mail your check.
Stock-Complete the entire transfer of securities to us electronically.
Life insurance-Name us as owner and beneficiary of the insurance policy.
Real estate-Deliver the executed deed.
Tangible personal property-Deliver the donated property.
