Harold J. Masor is a partner at the international accounting and business advisory firm of Ernst & Young LLP and has more than 30 years of experience serving health sciences and real estate clients. In this capacity, he has extensive SEC experience including IPOs and ongoing secondary offerings, serving very large companies as start-ups, and has been extensively involved with physician practice management organizations, REITs, health maintenance organizations, hospitals, and physician practices. Mr. Masor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is president of the Masor Family Foundation, a support organization of the Jewish Community Foundation. He is founder and immediate past president of New Community Jewish High School, past president of Adat Ari El, and is a member of its board. Mr. Masor serves as the chairman of The Foundation’s Audit Committee. Mr. Masor earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. He and his wife Amy have three children.
