
Raymond J. Zolekhian is a founding partner at the law firm of Hanasab & Zolekhian, LLP, which practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and plaintiffs’ representation. Mr. Zolekhian focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He previously served in the Real Estate Group of the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He has served the Jewish community by providing his legal services to the American Jewish University, Temple Israel of Hollywood and the Breed Street Shul Project in various real estate matters. He is a co-founder and executive vice president of 30 Years After, a nonprofit organization which works to increase the participation of the Iranian-American Jewish community in the broader Jewish community and American civic and political affairs. Mr. Zolekhian received his bachelor’s degree in business economics, magna cum laude, from UCLA and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is a native of Beverly Hills and a member at Nessah Synagogue.
