
Jonathan Greenblatt is the founder and president of All for Good, the open source website designed to enable more Americans to serve and volunteer in their local communities. An acknowledged thought leader on social enterprise, Mr. Greenblatt is a member of the faculty at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA where he developed and currently teaches its coursework on social entrepreneurship.
Prior to his appointment to Our Good Works, Mr. Greenblatt served as CEO of GOOD Worldwide, a diversified media company based in Los Angeles. Prior to this role, he co-founded Ethos Water, the bottled water brand devoted to helping children get clean water. In 2005, Starbucks acquired Ethos Water and Mr. Greenblatt served as vice president of global consumer products, scaling Ethos through Starbucks’ 7000 U.S. retail stores. Previously, Mr. Greenblatt served as a senior executive at REALTOR.com (now Move Networks) leading its consumer products division. A former government official specializing in international economics, he served on the Technology and Innovation Team of the Obama-Biden presidential transition effort. He served as an aide in the Clinton White House and U.S. Department of Commerce. He started his career in Little Rock, Arkansas on Governor Bill Clinton's first successful presidential campaign in 1992.
In the non-profit sector, Mr. Greenblatt has served as a senior advisor on global development and water issues to international institutions and nonprofit organizations and led the effort to design a worldwide prize to break the cycle of global poverty for the X PRIZE Foundation. Mr. Greenblatt currently serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, including KaBOOM! and water.org, and is a former director of the Starbucks Foundation. He serves as chairman of the Equitable Globalization Committee of the Pacific Council on International Policy. Mr. Greenblatt is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a Next Generation Fellow of the American Assembly.
Mr. Greenblatt earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Tufts University. Mr. Greenblatt lives with his wife, Marjan, and their three sons in Los Angeles.
